Physical Books, Merchandise & Products
We strive to ensure every order arrives safely, accurately, and in excellent condition.
Orders are processed during normal business days and are shipped through reputable courier and logistics partners.
Delivery timelines vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier schedules.
Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are guidelines only and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory charges imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with local import regulations prior to placing an order.
Legacy Collection Deliveries
Legacy Collection commissions are custom-created and often involve extensive design, research, and production processes.
Production timelines are communicated individually for each project.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback cycles, and production requirements.
Order Tracking
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
Customers may use the tracking information supplied by the courier to monitor shipment progress.
Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.
To facilitate prompt resolution, customers may be asked to provide:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the item and packaging
Upon verification, we may offer:
• Replacement of the item
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy Standard Products
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided processing or shipping has not commenced.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Legacy Collection Commissions
Because each commission is custom-created specifically for an individual, family, or organization, different cancellation terms apply.
Clients may cancel within 48 hours of payment and receive a full refund if work has not commenced.
Once research, consultation, design development, concept creation, or production begins, deposits become non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
For hygiene, customization, intellectual property, and quality assurance reasons, the following items generally cannot be returned:
• Custom artwork
• Personalized products
• Digital downloads
• E-books
• Online courses
• Membership access
Exceptions may be considered where legally required or where a verified production error has occurred.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Actual processing times may vary depending on banks, card issuers, payment providers, and international financial institutions.
