cancellation policy

Events and Ticketing - Payments made for booking an event or acquiring a ticket may be canceled at the latest, 10 days before the event, upon which the refund will be done in 48 hours. Any cancellations made in less than 10 days to the event may be forwarded to a future event but it shall not be refunded.

Audiovisual Content and Courses - There are no cancellations or refunds for payments made for any literary or audiovisual content such as videos, music, written works or podcast recordings.

Products and Merchandise - Payments for goods may be canceled before the goods are delivered to the customer. Once goods are sold and delivered to the customer, there shall be no refund. Customers are advised to assess their goods upon delivery to ascertain that they receive them in good condition. Once the product is received and the delivery is confirmed by both the customer and delivery agent, there shall be no refunds.
